Kenny and his crew were very friendly and professional. They were right on time and removed the snow from the roof and the driveway immediately. Calcium chloride was used to melt the ice dams. I am very happy with the job done.
Kenny the owner and his staff were so responsive on an issue we had to do all the snow we had this month. We had roof damming issues and leaks coming into our house. They called me at 8.30 pm. that night and arranged 2 employees to come and clear off the snow and ice. Once we received the invoice we were not 100 percent happy with the price. Kenny did an amazing job! We were in a pinch this fall due to bad shingles that were leaking onto the plywood, causing it to mold and deteriorate from the outside. Kenny not only video-called us from the roof while we were inside to show us the issue in detail, but he also took photographs and provided a thorough report for the quote. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and he even offered a great payment plan. Both Rose and Kenny took my leaking roof seriously, unlike a few other contractors I had called. Kenny showed up right away and was very straightforward with everything. Finished product turned out great! I can now watch the rain from inside without also getting rained on , how nice. Thanks to your team for making everything right!
