Danielle from empire property management should be addressed for her racial discrimination. People like this have no business in management positions much less any job interacting with the public.
Beware of this company they never took care of the property never respond to issues that needed immediate attention they keep the security deposit even when the property has been maintained accordingly ... They are rude heartless and snakes in the grass!
This management company was respectable until it was time to move out. When it was time to move out they were completely unresponsive to our requests for our security deposit or any communication of necessary information.They charged for things that we were not responsible for or already took care of and I have picture proof. This company drilled out my mailbox lock and I'm the owner of the condo that belongs to the box. Delores lied about giving the association the keys, instead she left them with her tenants to have full access to my mail. A day after, I had fraud reports coming from my bank. She evidently did not verify what box number belong to her tenants, something that a property management company should have on file.
