Worst realty company ever. Never even met the landlord. They cash checks late at the end of the month. THEY DONT HAVE IN-HOUSE LAUNDRY MACHINES BECAUSE THE LANDLORD OWNS ALL OF THE LAUNDROMATS IN THE AREA. (5 blocks from a laundromat) They have been showing our apartment since January and can’t even sell it by August. Someone at empire realty also attempted to alter one of my checks. Apartment isn’t even furnished and they will charge people more with new tenants. (Added 150 and electricity for whoever takes it next)

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience. My roommates and I signed the lease for two years to be evicted with 2 months left (we are also college seniors so we don’t have a place to stay until graduation now). We were evicted for “ignored noise complaints” when there is 0 documentation of any noise complaints. 0 STARS...I wish I read the reviews for Empire Reality before I signed a year lease TWICE, they are clearly so unprofessional as a landlord and property management firm. I strongly recommend to never rent with this company. Here is a list of everything my roommates and I had to deal with this company over the duration of our lease: Our door buzzer was never installed. If I could give zero stars, I would. We rented for two years through Empire Realty (3 people, each paying $1,500/month). Our "newly renovated" apartment had mice issues, water-line breaks, and our counter even fell out of the wall (took them 4 months to finally send someone to fix it). We were never late on payments and one day they evicted us for "noise complaints" though we had never once received one.
