Terrible property management group who takes advantage of the fact that people need housing. Apartments are not well maintained and management is impossible to reach. If you need something repaired, you have to call an external service despite the onus being on the property. No communication from anyone! Even the call line is outsourced to a call center in India that does not deliver any messages or send someone out to fix something. When you move in, no one tells you anything. Unprofessional.
Moving long distance and securing a Rental can be a task. Thanks to Carla@Empire Property Management it was done professionally and with relative ease. She answered all of my questions and directed me to resources needed. I highly recommend this company.
If I could rate them 0/5 stars, I would. Unresponsive for weeks, our building is falling apart (roof issues, ceiling/wall issues), and they are not paying vendors (we got a water shut off notice due to them not paying the Village). Stay away!
