Amazing food and service. My new favorite.
Destinee was remarkable in her knowledge of the history and of the menu truly recommend treating yourself to fine dining restaurant for an amazing experience — with Angie Sayles Bridges and Arvella Roberson.
My Boyfriend and I ate there last night for the first time for 5 year Anniversary and it was such a wonderful experience. Everyone was so welcoming and nice and really appreciated us coming there to celebrate something special! They even gave us a signed personalized menu. Thought that was awesome! Our waitress was great and very knowledgeable. Food was so so good!!
The best meal my wife and I have ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a high end dinning experience. Second Empire has it.

Let me start by saying I’ve dined at Le Bernardin AND I made this reservation THREE WEEKS AGO, yet when I arrived we were seated in the BASEMENT aka The Tavern. When I asked about the possibly of my party of two being relocated to the actual restaurant I was told no. Since one of the reasons I wanted to dine there was the old house I went upstairs to use the restrooms so at least I could SEE the restaurant. A WAITER questioned me “Aren’t you dining downstairs?” EXCUSE ME AM I NOT ALLOWED UPSTAIRS??? All of this for fussy foo... read more
Just a beautiful place full of history and beautifully maintained. The food was top notch from the starters all the way through dessert plus they had a great cheese menu. Great service from staff who are all well versed in the menu choices and wine selections. Cannot wait for another opportunity to return. Reservations are a must, they are very busy.
In my 15+ years dining there, NEVER had a bad meal. Chef’s Table is recommended - well worth it!
