We went for dessert in the Tavern. It was very good. And the service was good too. Will return.
This is the type of a restaurant for a special occasion... Definitely if you are looking to impress your company with an exquisite meal, I highly recommend it, food is spectacular so is the service!

My now fiance took me here for dinner last night where he proposed. They were so accommodating and helped make the proposal special. On top of that the food was INCREDIBLE, the staff amazing, and the ambience just magical.
Destinee was remarkable in her knowledge of the history and of the menu truly recommend treating yourself to fine dining restaurant for an amazing experience — with Angie Sayles Bridges and Arvella Roberson.
My Boyfriend and I ate there last night for the first time for 5 year Anniversary and it was such a wonderful experience. Everyone was so welcoming and nice and really appreciated us coming there to celebrate something special! They even gave us a signed personalized menu. Thought that was awesome! Our waitress was great and very knowledgeable. Food was so so good!!
The best meal my wife and I have ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a high end dinning experience. Second Empire has it.
