Optum tried to switch my prosthetic provider in the middle of my getting a new prosthetic leg. Optum did so because they have a capitation agreement with a cheaper provider. I appealed and won, but lost 6 weeks waiting.
incompetent idiots. jodoin md sent referral to these jerks - 3 weeks later, no action. long hold times, finally gave up. messages not returned. my health is getting worse - all because of this miserable outfit.
