Luxury building, love the amenities, feels like a five star hotel... the location is one of the best in the city, walking distance to lake and 10 minutes to downtown.
Love this building and protected views of Grand Avenue Park! Property management is great and keeps the building in prime condition.
I feel like this building was designed poorly, which is not the fault of our management team (I noticed replies are telling us to take it up with property management). Ventilation in the garages are horrible - it smells like garbage in P1 24/7. I don’t even wanna get into the lack of driving space in all 3 parking areas. The building itself is nice and well-located, but there are ongoing issues that really affect the living experience. The elevators and garbage chute often have problems, which can be frustrating. The main concern, however, is the building management. The manager is unresponsive to emails and frequently claims not to have seen messages, even when residents have followed up multiple times.
