The building itself is nice and well-located, but there are ongoing issues that really affect the living experience. The elevators and garbage chute often have problems, which can be frustrating. The main concern, however, is the building management. The manager is unresponsive to emails and frequently claims not to have seen messages, even when residents have followed up multiple times. I strongly do not recommend living in this building. The overall experience has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. Hot water is frequently shut off—sometimes for an entire week. The AC is controlled at random by management and breaks down constantly in the summer. Elevators are often out of service, and when they do work, they regularly have dog urine inside. 1. Elevators never work, so be ready to stand at the elevator for like 15 min before getting one. 2. Trash chute never works 3. For a place with such high rent they are super cheap with AC, maybe only 2 month of the year total you get AC and they just turn it off and it gets really hot. Same with having to turn it back on after the winter they try to keep it off and save money until so many people complain that they have to turn it on. So if your the type of person that needs AC in the summer, don’t move here !!!
