I've gone to physical therapy in the past and it's always the same thing: you go, stretch a little, and have someone watch you and tell you you'd get better soon. Going to Empire Performance PT was completely different. Tony and his staff were incredibly helpful and I could definitely see the progress day by day. I really enjoyed going since it was actually fun and very rewarding. Great facility and I would definitely recommend going there for PT or personal training
