This was my first time here. Very clean. Nice set up. Brendan was professional and very nice. Everyone that came into class made me feel welcomed. Loved the most was the class was 30 minutes at full intensity. In and out. I highly recommend Empire Fitness. Looking forward to my next class.
If you want to test yourself - the am classes are awesome... Group workouts / Gladiator workouts get your heart pumping and keep you moving...
