RecommendedLove my new door. There was a delay due to COVID, but they kept me up to date on what was going on every step of the way. Even let me come into the office to look at the door I thought I wanted to confirm it was indeed what I wanted as I went from wanting a simple white door with windows to something that had a wood grain look with accessories!!!!
Working with Empire Overhead Doors was a great experience. Easy to schedule, a text on the day of service to let me know the technician was on his way, arrival early in the 2 hour window, and the price was very competitive. I would definitely do business with them again!
Our torsion spring broke upon exiting and closing our garage door. We weren’t aware until we came home and the door would not go up. We called Empire Overhead and within a couple of days, they were there first thing in the morning, and made the repair. We had a spring break that left our garage inoperable. Empire scheduled us right away, got the job diagnosed and fixed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Todd even explained an easy way to maintain the door for the future. They were super easy to work with! Definitely recommend.
Very easy company to work with, friendly and complete in their information...very courteous with installation reminder and right on time. Installer was very professional and courteous and left the garage clean...very precise with instructions. We are very pleased with all aspects of their service and would recommend based on our experience. Quality product and a very good value...and this company will call you back and stand by their product.
