RecommendedEVERY time I go here the staff is amazing (my joke is because my glasses, clear and shades, must be just right due to my severe eye sight issues they will hate me) but without fail the people have gone out of their way to make sure my glasses are just what I needed. Great place - I love that they make their lenses at their onsite lab. I highly recommend asking for Pam - she’s great at helping select the right frames and ensuring fitting is perfect. She’s awesome! 😀

Great experience. I was looking for a specific style and not finding it to fit the bridge of my nose. Doreen was amazing finding just what I wanted! Definitely recommend. Our family is getting our glasses at Empire.
These are the nicest folks, and they know what they're talking about! Doreen patiently waited while I changed my mind a few times, and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Very safe visit, also!
I’ve driven by this place a million times but never went in until two weeks ago. I wish that Pam had helped me pick out every pair of glasses I’ve ever owned. She’s so funny and helpful and HONEST. The service all around was top notch, SAFE, and fun. Pam is the absolute best and the selection of frames is fabulous. Go to Empire Optical the next time you need eyewear.

Just purchased new glasses from Empire. Pam was extremely friendly and helpful. She walked the whole store with me to help me choose frames to try on, and then spent a huge chunk of her afternoon dealing with my insurance company. My glasses were ready promptly and exactly what I was looking for. Great experience!
