I worked for Sal Farina at empire metal products. Safety is a joke there. Production is placed above safety. In the last couple weeks i worked there, two long time employees were severely injured. One broke his foot due to a machine falling on it. The other employee had his hand mangled by getting it caught in a machine causing severe injury requiring surgery. His friday safety meetings were a joke. He would downplay the seriousness of safety violations and would mock the saftey print outs he would read encouraging laughter... read more
