Been riding with them for a while. Had to call about my pickup times. But today I had a terrible experience. Had an appointment at 2:30. Called the office at 2pm was told the driver was 20 mins out. The doctor office is over 30 minutes away. Had to cancel my appointment today. Truly disappointed!

I have been WAITING SINCE 10:30AM for my ride home from DIALYSIS. It is NOW 12:20PM and the driver in VAN #19 JUST SHOWED UP to take me home from DIALYSIS. She told me that the LADY MANAGER , told her to "LET ME WAIT" and she got sent to OTHER CALLS.... IN the DRIVERS DEFENSE, from me, She can ONLY DO what she is told to do by MANAGEMENT. OH by the way, THE DRIVER in van #37 VAPES while driving. I thought it WAS AGAINST MEDICAID & MEDICARE for ANYONE to SMOKE or VAPE in these VEHICLES....

The driver was very respectful and considerate. He was an excellent driver. SAFE, and was sociable.
