The receptionist really needs to work on her approach on how to speak to customers. I’m a new business owner and i’ve only ordered from this distributor once and even then, was I given attitude by her. My husband called today on behalf of me and when he asked a question, the receptionist abruptly hung up right after saying “bye” as a response to a question.
