Awful customer service, they cancelled a booking that I placed SIX MONTHS PRIOR, two days before my stay. I had to scramble to find another accommodation before my trip. Their excuse was that they're going to use the hotel for a homeless shelter. That would be fine if they actually stayed true to their word, but reservations were available on their site for my requested dates for 3x the price. DO NOT STAY HERE, they will try to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your stay and try to get you to book for 3x higher rate... read more
I booked for 3 nights but I couldn’t stay. Bcz There are so many cockroaches in the room. They was on the bed, on floor and on walls. It was terrible experience!
