He has a great attitude, very knowledgeable, great ideas, and amazing artwork. He exceeded my expectations on my rose. I can’t wait to get more done with him! Empire ink is also by far the cleanest shop I’ve been to. The people there are so welcoming and kind. It was such a great experience being there.
