I have a lot of tattoos. The best tattoo i have came from Scott here at Empire ink. Its a black and white portrait of my son from when he was 1 yr old, and the tattoo is now over 10 yrs old. Before getting the tattoo, Scott explained all of the cons that come with having a tattoo where i wanted to have him place it.
