Horrible management. Both the tenant and I had issues in the one year that I hired them. Tenant didn't renew the lease and I fired this property management company. When I was being pitched at, the salesperson was excellent, once I got handed over to the property manager everything went downhill. Unresponsive to written communication and phone calls, partial answers to questions and blatantly ignoring them when questions were repeated, I had to lower rent after a month or so upon Mynd's recommendation (because they charge a ... read more
