Husband and I visited for a long weekend, checking out hotels for future event. Enjoyed the location. Rooms were NYC small but well appointed and comfortable (with the exception of $3 Keurig cup of coffee in the room). Service generally was pretty good although spotty. Unfortunately trip ended on sour note as my bag was mishandled and roller board handle snapped in two (and no longer usable).
