I stayed at the Empire Hotel last month it was the first time I visited that hotel. It is a boutique hotel--not a chain. The staff is amazing. I have to give big props to Gunita. She is awesome! G-U-N-I-T-A. Thank you! She really took care of me and my sister when I explained some of the issues I was having with our room and was super attentive. Thanks for high level of service.
