Alec Atkins was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and polite. Really enjoyed his personality and expertise. He was there to serve the customers as he listened to what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. Purchased a bay window (which turned out beautifully) and wanted to use the same company for doing the rest of the windows in the house. Definitely recommend this company and Alec Atkins for your home improvement needs.
Professional, polite, honest, thorough. We had an estimate on our roof to see whether there was any damage during a recent weather event that had high winds. We reached out to a few companies. Ernesto arrived on time and was very professional. He could have very well told us we needed a new roof just to get the job, but instead he was honest with us and told us exactly how long we could go until we needed a new roof. The guys were great, one job turned into several. They have speciality men doing the various tasks. I would highly recommend them and call them again for future projects. They came on time and cleaned up all the debris. We are very proud of our new Sunroom which had to be replaced. The work is excellent.
