Dan of Empire Heating & Cooling Inc came out today for a routine service call and to hunt for a slow leak in our AC that has eluded us for quite a while. Extremely good experience. Dan found the leak and performed all the work quietly and neatly. Very personable without sacrificing any efficiency. I can't say enough good things about the crew at Empire Heating & Cooling Inc. Solid performers who honor their commitments.
Dustin arrived on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. He provided us to all the information we needed and helped us make the best decision for our new air conditioning and heating units. He explained all the options, sizes, warrant, etc, showing us a pamphlet to help visually understand the choices. The other company we had come out the day before did not do this. Dan was thorough. I will refer Empire Heating & Cooling Inc to all my clients and friends.
