I bought a furnace from them and had them instal it. There employe Willie was verry curious and professional. I also like the fact that it came with a five year warranty where most places just come with one year. Kyle another employe was also quick to help even if it's simple questions. Thanks for the help when I needed it.
If you are going to send a couple of your employees to WinCo in the company van, at least send a couple of literate ones that are considerate. Don't bring a week's worth of groceries through the self-checkout. If these people are that illiterate and inconsiderate, do you think you would want them working on your heating and air conditioning?
Hands down, best HVAC company in Billings. The techs really know their stuff. I've known, long time employee & now owner, of Empire since high-school, and know him to be one of the most ethical and honest people in business & personal life. They do great work for a great price!
