We had our door fall out of alignment and wouldn’t close. We were worried because we did not want to leave our house with the garage open. My husband found Empire Garage Door Services and called them up. They arrived after about an hour and sooner than I thought possible technician had upgraded my rollers and placed the door back in alignment. The work was well done, quick, and nicely priced. Would recommend Empire Garage Door Services to anyone!

Empire Garage Door Services kept in constant contact before their arrival, they introduced themselves asked questions and gave an overview of how they would try to first resolve the issue, they gave a detailed review of the system and options. They completed the work quickly, explained everything fully and left just as pleasantly as they arrived. I would definitely recommend and use for future work!!

I love it when things go this smooth. Greg did an absolutely fantastic job! As he did the installation he was very methodical and detail-oriented, which was nice to see. We found him to be a very professional and honest individual and certainly a person that we would highly recommend!

These guys are very reliable. I needed a new garage door installation and I called them. They were able to send out their technicians the same day.They were very professional and knowledgeable and they were able to complete the installation the same day. Their charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Empire Garage Door Services technicians. They replaced a broken spring on my garage door and also took their time to explain to me what they were doing and answering my questions.They were very professional and knowledgeable.I was very impressed with the entire experience.
