Brought truck to get fixed and they fixed it in a timely manner.
A dealer that forgot to stand behind it's product. Hey, is this what the grill of an 11 month old 90k+ truck should look like? Because according to Empire Ford, this is "normal" and not warrantable. A blistering false grill on a F150 Lightning Platinum? Geez, I am glad I bought their best truck. Way to stand behind your product Empire!
It was a pleasure to work with Sajan 'Saj' Sood! I called him for an F150 and he got back to me very quickly with the terms of my lease. Empire was able to give me the best price by far and everyone there was great to work with. No pressure sales team and finance office.
I just worked with my salesperson Hasmib for a used car for my daughter. He and the sales manger bent over backwards to try and meet our budget. There was no game playing as i experienced elsewhere where they tried to push high rate finance charging options on me. I highly suggest adding Empire Ford in Huntington to your list of places to search for car.
