As a trainer and someone that goes to get a great workout through the week. I have experience way better commitment and peace at home with EMPIRE FITNESS. I have been never felt so at home in a Gym setting then now. It’s like your 1 stop shop for Gym intentions.
LB is a great personal trainer! I have entrusted my health and fitness to him for years. He offers a plethora of services for all ages including childcare so parents can get fit too.
Great environment! Trainers make fitness fun and create a sense of family when trying to achieve your goals! I was able to workout and receive meal prep services to get my body back on track!
