I am a dentist in San Bernardino, I got a consult for my compressor and they basically said they had to order me a new part. Long story short, it was very hard to get a hold of them, Luis the owner kept texting me he would come but was very unprofessional. He basically had one of his guys come and install a new filter, which essentially didn't fix the problem at all. after about 800 dollars worth of work nothing was fixed. Take your business else where
Repair technicians incompetent. Taking Beyond 6months to repair simple air leaks for dental chair side delivery arm ; one technician calling out the other for ordering wrong part : very disorganized ; poor service; with zero accountability or precision for their work, but they will surely follow up to charge your credit card soon they can . Fraudulent company. Will lie to make sell and will not send all the products they promised. Instead, once they're paid, they will not respond but ignore you instead. Luis is a shady salesman, beware.
I recommend them all the time to my fellow colleagues! Great prices and service. Highly personable, transparent pricing and friendly customer service. They are my favorite place to order from, I always have a pleasant experience. Kuddos to you guys!
