Ordered a mirror on wayfair, my first delivery was unsuccessful mirror broke while in transit. No call to let me know had to lose a day wages. Empire does not really make accommodation more for the customers only deliveries for my area was fridays...2nd try for redelivery went much better your delivery guys were friendly :) also tired these guys deserve to get a salary increase :) only thing empire that needs to be worked on is delivery set up and removal i paid the extra to have mirror go to room of choice but not the opt... read more
