It seems this company needs to insulate itself from its customers via its distributor network for a reason. We purchased a Carol Rose outdoor fireplace that had a cosmetic defect, essentially delegating the unit to "factory second" status. Purchased an Empire Heater, model PVS18(N,P)-1, and wireless remote FRPTPL-1, in Spring of 2016 to heat a 1,000sf seasonal Cabin. Have had major problems with both. The heater is impossible to control. there seems to be no reasonable was to set it. We called our propane supplier, who sent 2 technicians to help with the problem. After trying to determine the sequence of the control unit, they agreed with our findings. In no way user friendly! Racists who refuse to make the workplace less hostile. Employee harassment of black people has to stop. The management deserves to be fired for ignoring the hateful conduct.
Supporting this business means you are giving your money to an organization that encourages racial hatred! An employee of theirs posted a sign depicting a forklift impaling a Black Lives Matter protester. When POC employed by Empire protested the sign they were told to, "Take a Joke". Losing Black Lives is not a Joke! #BLM
Super racist at this company! They post a sign of a white man in a MAGA hat impaling a black man on the forks of a forklift. So blatantly racist. I will not do business with racists.
Pathetic , rude customer service. Do not do adequate quality control or stand behind their product. The warranty is worthless. Their Mantis fireplace gives off a foul odor and competes with a Boeing 747 takeoff for noise level with no fan control.
