I was getting covid RT-PCR test for travelling and the result was released on time (within 24 hours as promised). There was a spelling mistake on one of the reports. I called them directly and their agent (Steve) was able to fix the mistake and issue a new report immediately. Steve was very courteous and knowledgeable.
Very prompt and courteous service. I talked to Ahsan for the results, he was extremely helpful, guided me patiently in registering my account at the company website and I was able to retrieve my results in time for my travel.
Frank and Sergey in the billing department were quick and helpful assisting our office with many billing questions that we had. It is a pleasure working with them.
Steven Anderson is very helpful with assisting Dr Bansal Om office account#567 with Lab Test Results as well as Specimen pick-up in a timely fashion. Steven is very polite and professional.
