Steven Ramos was my sales person and he was so calm, and helpful. Paul Weiss who is the manager worked closely with me to get me in a really sweet vehicle! Wonderful experience!
Update 5/6/26 I brought the car in on 3/9 and the loaner was avail as promised . On 4/10 a month later I picked up the car . It wasn’t fixed !! I drove back per the manger joe who had them look at and said they needed to order parts- why this wasn’t done the first 2 times I brought the car in I don’t know - anyway it’s now 5/6 and I have left over a dozen messages - last one was at 1030 this morning where I was told they wld call me back in 10 min well it’s now 1pm and no one has returned my call. Great place to buy a SUV and also my 2nd SUV purchased with Empire. This time I worked with a sales rep names Antonio. Absolutely exceptional experience. Professional, honest and knowledgeable about a number of different cars there. He showed me the SUV I was asking for and worked to make a deal happen. 100% would recommend him as your go to if you are looking.
I've been a Chevy/GM customer for 12 years and this was by far the easiest experience I've had.
