I dropped off my car on a Tuesday and didn’t receive any updates even after calling a few times. I get a phone call a week later and the car is finally ready but missing a part because they had to order it. I get to the dealership and now they’re charging me for something that should be free. I bought a maintenance package with my car, why should they charge me for something that was already paid for….now I have to go early in the morning for the service people to fix it. What a F joke and a waste of time
