My experience with Empire has been great it doesn’t matter who I was in touch with. Everybody was very professional and friendly at the same time. I felt heard. The team made buying a house easier for me. Special thanks to Chrissy for all her guidance and attention to details.
We are thoroughly enjoying our new home in Social Circle, built by Empire Homes Chattanooga! We purchased a model home, so we didn’t go through the build process and cannot speak to that. Working with Empire has been great. Great experience working with Empire! Had a house built in their addition in Chattanooga and the whole process went smoothly. From working with Chrissy on picking plan and lot, Suzanne on interior finishes, Jack on project management and Donald on the final walk thru and warranty. Everyone was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Chrissy, their sales agent. She went above and beyond in her duties in helping us thru this process! Would definitely build with Empire again.
