$29 dollars wasted. Car is still dirty both inside and out. I have been here several times before and always been satisfied but not today!!!

I had been going to a different car wash in town for a number of years. But, after a bad experience I decided to try Empire. When I got there I really didn't have an idea what to get. The young gentleman I talked to was very helpful and real nice. My car turned out perfect. Wish I wouldn't have been wasting my money at the other place.

I went and spent $26+ to have my car cleaned, they did such a bad job they didn't even take out the empty paper coffee cups, There was still popcorn on the back seat and the center counsel hadn't even been touched. I went in and said my car was not clean and I got the front desk girl making remarks about a phone call I was on while waiting. Finally I demanded the manager and he was just as bad, I told him that she needed t be fired and that I wanted a refund. He told me she would not be fired and I would not get a refund. I paid $20 to have my car washed. Evidently, that does not include wiping things down or vacuuming. I was suppose to have a musk scent, which I also did not get. When I pay $20 for someone to clean my car, I do expect it to be clean. The outside was nice and clean, but only because a machine does that. I just wonder how many of the services I was paying for in the package actually got done.
