So disappointed in the “cleaning” of the inside of my car. It never used to be like this. Years ago the manager was right there making sure it was done right. It has definitely gone down hill.
I went in on Sunday May 5th to get my truck cleaned on the inside and out from the dirt roads I had to go on for my one class for school. Asked them to spray down my floor mats and only did my front ones even though my back ones were dirty too. Didn’t fully get the dirt off of my truck still had dirt on the back bumper and in the wheel wells. Didn’t vacuum up all the gravel that was by my storage bins in the back row floors. Just overall horrible job I even paid for the ultimate package too. Just really disappointed.
I was told today they won’t vacuum seats unless you ask. Barely touch the dust on the dashboard. I won’t be back.
I paid for the Ultimate package today. But I was so disappointed at the number of things that we're even touched in multiple spots in the vehicle. Dust on multiple surfaces, inside of door still dirty, etc. I was glad to get it washed today, but the job inside was really incomplete. Won't be going back.
Went to have my car cleaned on inside and when they were done it was just like before still dirty and the middle console had never been touched! So went tru 2nd time and it was a bit better so I just left and when I wanted to charge my phone lo and behold they stole it !! I know so cause I unplugged it and put it in glove box before I got out for them to clean it !! Long story shot called them and never got called back my manager like it was told I have called 3 times but never get anywhere. Will never go back !!
I've gone to Empire Car Wash many times and always received good service. I don't know what happened today, but the car was still dirty when they were done with it. They didn't wipe of the dash, vacumning was half done, exterior around windows and lights was not wiped down. It costs over $20 for this disappointment. If this happens again, I won't go back. I'm not paying that kind of money for a job half done.
Totally done with this place!! it is never open. I drove across town 3 times and not open either time!!
$29 dollars wasted. Car is still dirty both inside and out. I have been here several times before and always been satisfied but not today!!!
