Service was good. Adam was professional, and polite. He had accommodated me when he wasn't well to pick up my vehicle when promised as he knew I lived far away. The car sold to me was a gem (2011 A3 with 55,000km) and it came certified with a Carfax. Thanks again

Let’s talk about feeling uncomfortable. Maybe it’s because I am a woman but I always felt eyes where they should not be. Talking to Adam is the true definition of mansplaining.
