I would not do business with this dealership. I have never seen such unprofessionalism, disorganization, or disregard for a buyer's time and trust. **** sold my son a 2021 CT5 less than a year ago. He got home it was minus 1 car mat, we called numerous times to see if we could get the mat, finally salesman said he would get my son the mat plus another key fob, called back additional times salesman, **** blew me off. Went in to buy one car and was "coerced" into buying a much more expensive car. Needed to buy a car because my lease was up on a different vehicle. Went in looking at a gas model XT4, ended up leaving with an electric Lyric. Dealership claimed it would cost more per month for the $45,000 gas powered car as apposed to the $65,000 electric vehicle. This whole ordeal has been a complete headache, although I love my TRX! It has been nothing but lies, and constant running around! I told Bravo Cadillac that my vehicle was having warranty work done. They acted like they couldn't wait, and I cancelled the warranty work! Shamaley Collision informed Bravo that they would be responsible for the reassembly of the Yukon. I bought a car from that location Sullivan Cadillac of Ocala. It was a 2025 used. CT5 with only ****** miles on it. The car was supposed to be a gift for my wife because her birthday was on the next day later that day after I purchased the car I went back to the car to move it closer to my apartment complex upon opening the door, I noticed that the car had roaches. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a vehicle. I live in ******** and found one of their vehicles online. When I called, ******* picked up the phone and gave me honest answers to every concern I had. Excellent service from entire staff and especially Thankful to ********
Horrific experience. Sold me a car with a broken transmission, car lasted 137 miles. NO ONE would call me back for weeks including the used car manager *****. Took a month and a half to get my money back and I only got it back because I threaded a lawyer. Spend hundreds of dollars on transportation while the car was broke and they kept my money so I had no down payment for a new one. Put me SO behind and cant even get any answer out of these scammers.
