I would not do business with this dealership. I have never seen such unprofessionalism, disorganization, or disregard for a buyer's time and trust. **** sold my son a 2021 CT5 less than a year ago. He got home it was minus 1 car mat, we called numerous times to see if we could get the mat, finally salesman said he would get my son the mat plus another key fob, called back additional times salesman, **** blew me off. In the conversation, I told **** he was going to want to take care of my son because he will be back to buy another car. My son also purchased a tire/wheel warranty. Extremely Disappointing Experience My experience at this dealership was frustrating from start to finish. I had a scheduled appointment to pick up a new Cadillac and was asked to complete paperwork in advance. Stay far away from this horrible dealership! My husband was looking to update his 2018 Cadillac Escalade with a newer one for work. He checked online and found a used Escalade ESV being offered by Empire Cadillac on 10/3/24. The website states that with $2000 down, and a credit score below 580, clients with less than stellar credit would qualify. Today is May 24, 2024. I responded to a Vin # ***************** White 2022 Cadillac XT6 Loaded for $27,800 with approximately ****** miles. I test drove the car twice on separate occasions but I decided on my 2nd test drive to buy the car.
