Where is the zero star. Beyond unprofessional. The owner does not properly communicate to her stylist. Then blamed the customer. Completely took advantage of my college student. Yes my college student should have known that the girl was doing box braids. That I can accept. What I cannot accept is this parting! Where do they do that at? Don't know if they're good stylists, but I do know they don't pay their bills. If you're providing them with goods or services, get the $$$ up front.
