I booked my appointment 2 months in advance for an event I had at my home. They had my complete address, pics of my grill , and they sent me a quote. We agreed and I waited for my appointment. On the day of, I took the day off from work so I can be home to answer any questions or just to be around. About 30 mins passed the appointment time and I emailed them to get an update as I did not hear from them.
