Empire of America is great to work with - much faster with other lenders. Very easy to price out different rates/point options (most lenders are not transparent about "points" at all. David and Stephanie are great to work with. I always price Empire of America first whenever I need a mortgage.
David and His Team are fantastic. We have re-fied through the a couple of times. They're are extremely knowledgable. There professionalization is unsurpassed. AI was aways informed. When they couldn't get to their phone I would leave a voicemail or email. Which they returned promptly. Thank You guys. Would never think of hoing anywhere else.
My husband and I were looking for a quick close on a cash out refinance. They were super fast and took less than 3 weeks. It might have been closer to 2 if it weren't for a letter we were waiting on. Quick to respond to messages and easy to download everything remotely. Wow. Recommended by a friend and doubted their quick closing. Boy was I wrong. Very Impressed.
