Woke up to no AC in the house. Called and they told me someone would be here by noon. They arrived right before noon. It was an easy fix. They showed me what to do in case it happened again.
Travis and Jay from Empire gave great service including good tips. Reliable service - recommended.
As usual, we called Empire Air to check on a problem with our A/C. They arrived promptly as scheduled, did a diagnosis and found that a capacitor had failed. They replaced it under warranty, advised me that the condenser fan motor was over voltage due to the failed capacitor and that it might be a good idea to replace it before it failed during our scorching summer.
