This is my and my girls favorite place to eat they always get it right and always give us what we need and ask for defiantly should try it out
This place is THE WORST in customer service. They never brought my husbands food to him and even LOST it several times. We finally got his chicken fried rice 30 minutes AFTER the rest of our party ate and left. When they FINALLY gave him his food, no one would apologize to him - and the management was RIGHT THERE. They actually REFUSED TO APOLOGIZE when I called them on it. I hope they go out of business- or at the very least, new management! Food is good but service is straight up bad. Tables are always dirty, too.
My husband and I showed up 20 minutes before closing on Saturday night, and as we were walking up to the door, the younger boy mopping the floor quickly turned off the open sign. He clearly saw us walking up to the door. We couldn't believe how unprofessional that was. We don't make a habit of showing up to restaurants right before closing, but the least he could've done is told us that they were closing early.
Tonight's service was aweful and we come here often. Customers definitely didn't come first for this crew. I'll be back though. I must say if you in such a hurry and you mess up my order I expect you to make it right. Until next time.

Horrible service!!! Foods decent, but I will never go there again due to the terrible service for carry out and over the phone.
