We had a wonderful time at Empath wellness! We were visiting family and took a stretch class with Cassidy! She is so knowledgeable and guided us through exactly what we needed to get our bodies back in alignment! Vinny and Kate are also awesome! We decided to do the Sauna and cold plunge. Highly recommended for a nice rest and reset. We will certainly be coming back and recommending empath wellness to everyone!
The entire place is stunning. I took the Mat Sculpt class with instructor Kassidy and it was great. It was challenging but I felt really good afterwards. I got a tour of the space and they offer a ton of interesting services like red light and hot/cold therapies. Even the showers are gorgeous. I will definitely be checking out more services soon!
This place is absolutely fantastic! I have been going to them for the Cryo T-Shock for my fractured ankle. It has giving me so much pain relief, it is unbelievable. I used their red light bed as well. Finally a great functional wellness place in Chesterton. Their HBOT is so legit too. I can’t wait to try it out.
If you’ve never tried HBOT, or hyperbaric oxygen therapy, I highly recommend trying it! This place is truly a one stop shop for all your wellness needs. Matt and Sarah are absolutely amazing humans and Kate is MY GIRL!! She will give you the most thorough tour of the place. Come check it out
I have nothing but good things to say. I did 10 sessions each one was better than the next. I saw significant results after my 5th one. Sarah was my therapist and did such a good job making each appointment enjoyable as possible! 10/10 Would recommend to anyone looking to shed some fat!
