Les was very rude and unprofessional. He made it very clear that he is not comfortable in working with women and proceeded to talk down to me. All we needed was our AC charged and he tried to sell us a new unit. Just another scam artist.
Les is a valued and experienced technician professional offering great service and practical solutions! I would not consider another company as long as Les was available!!!!
