I am emory employee .I had abdominal pain and went to emergency on 11/18/2025.They did ultrasound and CT.They said twisted ovary and hemorrhagic ovarian cyst.Dr Sara campbell explained about the laproscopic procedure.They did emergency laproscopy after that she explained to my husband that ovary is not twisted but I didn't understand what exactly going on. This was the worse experience. I originally started going to this location for one specific provider. What I did not know is that once you become pregnant, you have to be seen by all of the providers due to not knowing who will be on call when you go into labor. I only saw my original provider once throughout my pregnancy. Each visit felt impersonal and it was an introduction to a new person. I had appointments with alteast 9 different providers and crazy enough the provider that delivered my son was someone I had never seen... read more
