I agree with the comments about the administrative staff. They are aloof, rude, and always seem to act like you are bothering them. They completed ripped off my daughter (who was too kind to complain) Word of advice...the location is great, but there are plenty of better alternatives nearby that would make it a more pleasant living experience based upon feedback from friends. Perhaps once they replace the management staff, it would be worth the high prices.
I have lived here for 3 years I love this community! It's so convenient to Emory's campus and has everything you could need on the prooerty! Parking access is the only issue for guests. They either have to park in retail which only gives 3 free hours or if they come into the resident garage they have to be let out (which seems quite unsafe). Other than this issue you can't beat this amazing location and gorgeous property!
C'mon, y'all. What is wrong with those phase 2 fire alarms? Can we get some explanation?
After living in many apartment complexes, I can say this is definitely one of the best ones! Great facilities, and customer service. Maintenance is quick to respond and the community has everything you need within a 5 minute walk.
