I would give zero if I could. I was basically set adrift after my Dr went on leave with no referral to another provider. 2 MRIs without followup. I switched to Peachtree Orthopedics and am further ahead in 2 visits than Emory. Im happy with my Emory Primary Physician who is great but will never return to Emory Orthopedics. Getting records was also an exhaustive effort. Im still waiting for some to be sent. Maybe youll have different experience but this was mine.

From beginning to end, everyone was efficient, kind and accommodating. The nurse/tech Angelique--so aptly named--was a true angel, taking great care to speak softly since neurological issues make me hypersensitive to sound. And Dr. Kate Anderson was informative and caring, even reminding me to not forget my coat, which was hanging on the back of the door! I left with a clear understanding of what to expect next along with a well of gratitude and relief.
Not helpful at all. I believe they thought I was trying to get pain medication only with 2 torn ligament in my arm. Going with another doctor who listens to the patient.
