Beautiful building with nice free parking. Top notch health care except when it isn't. When everything is going to plan it is a wonderful experience, but when my surgery on my arm didn't produce the desired result, I haven't found anyone that has taken extra time to try and figure out why. I get the impression that the doctors are being pushed to produce volume and don't have the time to work together and dig into problems.
I took my mother here for an MRI. The staff was friendly and wonderful. She was nervous but they quickly made her comfortable and calmed her fears. Large building but easy to navigate. Great staff and doctors.
I had ACL reconstruction with Dr. X. The entire process was smooth and amazing. Every person I encountered was kind and caring: the people working at the front desk, the nurses, the anesthesiologists, and Dr. X. It was a wonderful experience, especially compared to having the same surgery at a different hospital. I am blown away. I highly recommend this place, if you need surgery.
