Greetings, I had a telehealth visit on February with A. Earl a primary care provider and I waited for 30 minutes until I finally called the office to be told. The provider is behind. No one notified me of this and I had work obligations. As of today I have emailed this provider 3 different times and I have not received a follow up call. I needed this appointment for FMLA purposes. I will be seeking another provider but before I do I will report this unprofessional act.
I waited 23 + days for my appointment. Follow up from the hospital. I had a telehealth video appointment at 9 am. I normally wouldn’t do video appointments out of fear of this happening, but I was in the hospital and my mom set this up for me. I logged on and done everything I was supposed to do. Nervous and anxious it was finally my appointment time. I logged in 10 minutes early.
